Six rights under the DPDP Act
Access
Ask what personal data we hold about you, why we process it, and who we have shared it with.
Correction
Have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected or completed — for example a misspelled name or an old phone number.
Erasure
Ask us to delete your personal data where we no longer need it for the purpose you gave it for, or where you withdraw consent.
Withdraw consent
Withdraw consent as easily as you gave it. Processing that relied on that consent stops; anything done before remains lawful.
Nominate
Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity.
Grievance redressal
Raise a complaint with our Grievance Officer if you are unhappy with how your data has been handled. You may also approach the Data Protection Board of India.
Exercise a right
Tell us which right you want to exercise. We acknowledge within one working day.
